The crankset is an oval shape made by Rotor-Q $1000. The purpose of the oval shape is to reduce lactic acid and save you more energy.

how come that the front chainring is not circural? does the elliptic shape helps with the performance?

@petrunic1 It's elliptical to get rid of the dead spot at the top of your pedal stroke. It help you start another down stroke with less energy than a circular chain ring.
