On behalf of all Chinese people, I want to offer the Tibetan people our sincere apologies for the cruelties inflicted upon them by the Chinese government. Tibet has never been and never will be a part of China. I hope one day Tibetans will receive the freedom that they need and deserve. I am ashamed of what the communist government and the CCP has done in Tibet. I hope that one day Tibet will again be free and regain its independence and sovereignty. I am sorry for the evils you have suffered.
No religious Monks should behave like Criminals and have violent-minded followers. The Tibetan buddhist teachings are really questionable. What did BUDDHA, the founder of Buddhism taught? What have the Tibetans learnt? I don't think Richard Gere learn much from them.

But it is also clear that ethnic Chinese have been murdered by ethnic Tibetans in racially based attacks. This has not been made as clear in the Western media.

If I have a gun, I would shoot those gangster and protect my property---same as in Los Angeles riot, Korean owner shoot black rioter, and it is legal in US, so it should be legal in China, but ironically, police in Lhasa are all gone in hiding... and Western Meidia still calling for restrain, do you want to see all innocent killed before China put in army to stop them... where is the crack-down by Chinese police, I think they should double their effort to crack down instead of restrain.

Tibet voluntarily became part of the Chinese Empire in the 19th century and renewed the agreement in 1950. The reason the Dalai Lama didn't like Chinese rule is that he had to give up his slaves and relinquish most of his "absolute power". Dalai Lama and bin Laden are parallels of one another. Both were funded by the CIA and leaders of a religious sect. Do some research people.
CNN is just showing how chinese armies are pretecting Tibet from the Terriorists. or CNN ran out of videos showing Nepal police doing their 'bloody' job. I am pretty sure they got some violence on tape while LA uprising in 92, tag it with 'Tibet' and stir up some attention. That would work.
The Chinese people have been blocked from viewing You Tube... the posts are from the Chinese government... if China were a FREE place then why would they not let journalists in to see for themselves?

things you had watched from CNN is totally biased,the pictures are not the ones taken in Tibet! the army is not chinese army at all!
