I don't really find anything racist about his comment. When you think about it, he's almost kinda (key word) true. We've almost won every war we've been in or won a big part of a war. Sure there are exceptions, but, I found his comment more humorist.

mebe the phyc ward used comic's because there cheep so when the kid rips it up its only .12 lost insted of $5.00 or $10.00 on a hardback or paper back. they mite have been able to buy more copys of comice also mabe people with mentel illness tended not not make it all the way to high school so mbe there reading leval was low so comices offered pics to tell what was happaning and with a kids reading leval
