i like the pipe but never paint your plastics, it will get stress marks from the plastic bending from jumping, and really bumpy rides. also, it will scratch off when a limb or branch/briars etc. hit it.

@4KawasakiRider4 oh i knew that....but you should have seen the way the plastics looked before=( lOLOLOLOL trust me its better this way=) plus it is rubber based paint....so it tends to bend with the plastics

nice sound man. im really impressed with it just by the sound and quality fit. not to loud . looks nice . since i see you like doin wheelies i would invest in a aftermarket grab bar. id hate to see you 'over cook' it and ruin the tip or even the whole exhaust system.. props buddy long live the R !

dude nice love the plastics. dude i got a 08 450r. i put a drd pipe on mine. with a jet and rev box with k&n and outerwears. first thing i went out and scraped my tip all up on my pipe. so i extended the grab car mount out about 3 inches. pipe dont even get close now

haha, the whole point of the Q4 exhaust is for it to be quiet...hence the "Q" and you just take the core out haha. You should have just gotten the fmf factory 4.1 Still though it sounds BEAST. dont listen to Michael23055 that plastic will have you stand out man

I have no clue why everyone thinks that a 660 or 700 is faster then a 450. First they 660 and 700's are way heavier and two they are geared and built for having lots of torque for trails or dunes. They are not serious competitive race bikes like 450's. Sure they might get up over 60mph but I've tested my quad in 5th pinned with a speedometer and got it up to around 74mph. If I do more engine mods I would expect 80mph or so which I don't see a 450lb 700 doing.

exactly the 700 is made for high speeds and racing but everyone assumes that because it's got so many cc's. I hope that manufacturers get into the 525's and 550's because it would be awesome if they did make a big bore quad that was lightweight and built to race.

I had it done at a shop, and yes i did have it Jetted....It involves taking the carb apart and replacing the jets with ones that are right for the new air flow of the K&N intake and exhaust and pipe....without the re-Jet it wont run right.....So far it is an amazing set up....i can now keep up with a souped up Raptor 660=0
