In 1905 the state of Georgia (U.S.) had orange groves. They no longer do. Indeed, commercial citrus farmers have forsaken Volusia County, Florida (Daytona Beach area) because of the unusually high number of hard freezes since the early 1980's. Orange growers have been retreating further south for 100 years because of recurrent, devastating freezes.

The UN is a bunch of corrupt unelected elitists. The treaty is a money & power grab. They want control over all nations of the world. The elite will make a fortune off the carbon credit market scam. Who will suffer the most, not the elite, & not the gov of any nation, but it will be the working stiff who shoulder's the burden to make the rich richer & allow billions to be given away to corrupt murderous 3rd world governments.

Sarah Palin says all this money is going to Al Gore for his personal use. She says that Al Gore is getting rich on this issue... Today she's speaking at a Canadian Hospital which provides abortion services and socialized health services. She'll earn 200,000 dollars today doing this...

Al Gore will get rich off of carbon credits. He owns one of the companies that deals in carbon credits.
Its not like its new that polticians get rich off of stuff like this.
