"1995 Mazda RX-7 R2 0-60 mph 5.2 Quarter mile 13.9" now... that's not smoking an SRT4. and if you look at 0-60 versus 1/4 mile times you will know that on the highway your PRECIOUS RX will get its ass handed to it. So do a little more research if you want to rant.

I have driven an SRT4, they're quick little cars. They were shown to be underrated from the factory by several independent testers, showing 265 hp at the flywheel instead of the 230 Chrysler rated them at. The interior is above par for what Dodge was making at the time, and better than some of things that came after their production (have you ever been in a Caliber? Horrible). But seriously, the people bitching about them are probably people who drive something slower and lost to one.
@cpac96 if u would do ur research u would find that ford has no part with mazda anymore....and as for the set being awesome....yea at the end of the day it's still a piece of crap neon...put a couple of bolt ons on the speed and the set would have been blown away!!

Next time you open the hood on a speed3 or speed6 look at how many parts say Ford Motor Company on them. Also the 2.3 block is pretty much the same block used in the Ford Fusion, Ford Ranger, Mazda 3, Mazda 6 etc... I wouldn't call the Neon SRT4 with the blue racing stripes a ricer, i would call it a future collectible. That is a Neon SRT4 Commemorative Edition only 200 made and everyone has a dash plaque with number.

Yeah man, even the regular 3's are made in Japan. Sure, the duratec and mzr engines are SIMILAR, but they have their differences. Some people don't seem to realize this. The regular 3's even have a different sound to them than the focus with the 2.0L duratec, or the fusions with the 2.3L duratec. Some people need to do some research before saying something. I for one, read up on this issue multiple times.

The new K20s can go from 195@wheels to 400@wheels with stock motor and the correct turbo kit pushing under 11psi. That's proof enough son.

Next time you open the hood on a speed3 or speed6 look at how many parts say Ford Motor Company on them. Also the 2.3 block is pretty much the same block used in the Ford Fusion, Ford Ranger, Mazda 3, Mazda 6 etc... I wouldn't call the Neon SRT4 with the blue racing stripes a ricer, i would call it a future collectible. That is a Neon SRT4 Commemorative Edition only 200 made and everyone has a dash plaque with number.

Yeah man, even the regular 3's are made in Japan. Sure, the duratec and mzr engines are SIMILAR, but they have their differences. Some people don't seem to realize this. The regular 3's even have a different sound to them than the focus with the 2.0L duratec, or the fusions with the 2.3L duratec. Some people need to do some research before saying something. I for one, read up on this issue multiple times.
