I have a question which Aidsvideos may be able to answer. She stated that it is important to use rubbers every time you have sex, every way you have sex. In other words, it's a good idea to use them for oral sex as well. However, in one of the other videos, Cass correctly stated that it is virtually impossible to convince most gay men to do that. What should one do if all prospective partners refuse? If they says they cannot finish up (ejaculate) during safe oral? Should we abandon oral?

@smellmyanusagain dude your trippin... if you don't wear a condom and your fucking everything in sight then your probably a walking disease. condoms don't only apply to gay men. gay or straight if you fuck someone and you don't know their history... you could be at risk, condoms just reduce the risk if used properly.

you said that wearing a condom doesnt mean you are 100% free of getting HIV from your partner. what is the other way(s) to get?

The video is saying: (1) If you are sexually active, definitely use a condom because it greatly reduces (but doesn't 100% eliminate!) the risk you'd contract HIV from your partner. (2) Do realize that condoms aren't a guarantee you won't contract HIV. Know your and your partner's status and consider the risks. (3) Other ways of contracting HIV include needle sharing by intravenous drug users.
