Photo Editing #8: Virtual Makeover (Part I)

only a few people will read this but im posting this anyway. i love editing and i have for a while ive got one video with only six views and other versions of the video have thousands and views, and thumbs up mine has nothing but 6 views. i am so depressed over it and i know its a stupid thing but i feel like nobody can see me im invisible, and nobody cares about me. all i am asking is if you could sit and watch my video. to get views and thumbs up means so much to me thank you if u can do this

The only thing that I would have done different is use a mask to do the hair over her right shoulder rather than erasing, this way you wont lose the picture and you would have to undo even if you mess up

Her face looks distorted - stretched wide, possibly from being too close to the camera lens. I did a distort to narrow the photo, and she looks much more lifelike.

I prefer that using the masking tool is more efficient than an eraser tool.

You can always undo when using masking tool, whereas undoing an eraser tool is very limited.

You could download gimp, its pretty similar in the aspects of like Layers and tools

you can do all that on ms paint,example you want to have a long hair just get a picture of long hair and delete your hair or what part will be covered by your hair then replace it,see you dont need to buy expensive software,sure its allays hard for begginers but when u get the hang of it will be easy as 123

Well, thank you. I do think she's beautiful, however. I don't know who she is or where she is, but I think digital enhancements need to be careful not to take away the personality of the person being made over. :)
