You must be watching a different video to me? I just sat here and played along with a lot of it, and they're not the wrong chords. The bass line is easy to follow as well and thats right. And the drumming - even a blind person can see the drumming is pretty spot on (a bit of lag here and there with the crappy video quality, but its good enough to tell its not fake).

um, i don't mean to offend you, but are you actually asking those questions, or are you being sarcastic (it's so hard to tell in a youtube comment :P).

anyways, the room just has to be sonically dead (no noise or echo/reverb), then you record both a line from the guitar and place a mic in front, then in the DAW (or w.e.) you add a ton of reverb to the tracks. i don't mean to sound like a know it all, i'm just answering a couple questions.
