  • You have the eys of a really nice person. Before and after surgery!

  • so proud of you!!!

  • Era mas lindo de hombre ¬¬

  • Still looks like a man.

  • awww :(

what you had to go thru :/

but it was worth it , you really do look feminen especially the eyes :)

  • you could at least have had your facial hair removed, geez...

  • essa cirujia porser muito otima e perfrita muda aida de qualque uma que deseja ser mulher

  • muinto legal

  • Congratulations! One thing I have always been curious about. Why do transgender Caucasian men wait until there later years to get either sexual reassignment surgery or facial feminization when the male body has deeply set into its masculine appearance? How can someone live around 50years as one sex and decide to change his/or her gender when appearing passable is likely to be compromised.

  • @2710Pocahontas i will say for myself, i came out as transgender at 19 years of age, and kick myself for not coming out sooner. the reason so many "wait" so long are many, but the most common ones are: Fear of rejection and violence, not wanting to disappoint parents, believing that "love or sex will cure me", or in my case, up until I was 17ish I did not know such a thing existed, so i hid it thinking I was a freak- does that provide some insight?

  • @nektam2 Oh trust me, I understand! I am a very passable MTF transsexual and believe you me, no matter how feminine I felt or feel, if I couldn't pass, there is no way in hell I would run around with breast on hard man's body. Looking this masculine almost looks like a man in DRAG. I know that this may be cathartic for them, but I know it must be a slap in the face to walk around knowing that people still see him as a man. People that treat him as woman are doing so out of respect only.

  • @2710Pocahontas then you lack the confidence to be yourself.

  • @nektam2 Oh trust me, I have the confidence to be myself, but if trying to appear on the outside is not coinciding with how you are feeling on the inside then the whole transgender thing can be in vane. One will NEVER get the affirmation that she is looking for if she CANNOT assimilate herself and blend in as a passable female. One can feel like a woman all day long, but if she cannot pass as one, she will not get treated as one.

  • @2710Pocahontas better to be out and less then passable then to suffer in silence.

  • @nektam2 All I know is that I look like Rhianna standing at 5'9'', size 8 shoe, bust size a 34C, waist 27inch, and hips 36inches. I get mistaken for the singer ALL the time and looking like a man was NEVER one of my measurements. I just don't know what I would do if I walked around with all the confidence in the world and looked like a man in DRAG! I have had men stood right next to me and pointed out such characters that appear so laughable. You continue to be a brave man!

  • @2710Pocahontas you can gloat all u wish. im 19. im passable, just started hormones, and im happy.

  • @nektam2 I'm happy for you! That's what it's all about; getting in where you fit in. It makes NO sense for ANYONE to feel like a woman ALL DAY LONG and can't even win a bearded lady contest! As transgender women, you MUST learn how to assimilate and separate yourself from GAY culture that impedes your blending ability. Acting like a "fag" gets you clocked all day in the "straight" world. The more "straight" associates you have, the better you can assimilate.

  • @2710Pocahontas

    THANK-YOU!!!!

  • That looked ridiculously painful.

  • very nice work done-you 'turned out' ok-those hosp. pics. looked SOOOO painful you are very brave :)

  • Ow ow ow. I can only imagine the pain.. Turned out quite lovely though.

  • omg this look painful..............

  • wow! you are so brave doing all that to your face it looked soo painfull but at the end u look really preattyy:)

  • You are so beautiful! The last picture you look so elegant and regal. You look happy, hope that's the case! Love to you! You are an inspiration. Thank you for sharing your story! Best of luck, gorgeous!

  • You are really brave, thanks for posting.

  • Congratulaciones. Ese doctor es un completo artista.

  • was this NOT the most horrid experience of your life?

  • You are very brave.

  • You look lovely =) Thank you for sharing this.

  • My friend got this done, she said she found some good insight from plasticsurgerymadeeasy (.) com

  • hey vicki....you look great! take care :-)

  • Seriously, if this is not a mental disorder, I do not know what is? Sad, really...

  • @godlydoor320 How about the mental disorder that prompted you to make such a stupid and mean-spirited comment?

  • and again, it would be like telling an autistic kid to "not be autistic". No matter what, it will not work. Only the body can be altered to match the mind. "changing the mind"(hiding who you really are) only causes depression. The psychologists, doctors, everyone has already confirmed this. If it didn't, we would be changing the mind instead of the body(like we did in the early 1900s). So no, it's the body that needs the treatment in order to live a happier less stressful life.

  • @DaFawky I am sorry if my post offended you. It was not my intention. Please forgive me. I simply replied with what I know. Again..sorry for upsettiong you. I hope you have a wonderful day.

  • If a man considers his body "deformed" because he would prefer to be a woman he is wrong. As long as the body is normal it is not deformed. What is deformed is the person's mind.

Perhaps their mom was cold to them, that made them seek after being babied, nurtured and paid attention to like they can get no other way but thru surgery.

  • @Khamomil

You are right, but these people will claim anyone with your views is hateful and intolerant. They don't realize how insane it is to surgically alter their body rather than trying to fix their mind.

  • What happens is that there is a huge traumatic event in these person's early life that made them reject their body. Maybe their mom was a bitch and hated men and the little boy grew up scared to become a man cuz he was afraid of losing his mom's love, who knows. Trans need to address the events in their past and do the hard psychological work. No amount of surgery will ever be good enough for them, they will ruin themselves financially and be poor when they're old.

  • You could say the same about people with other deformities. People could have a deformed hand, and no matter how good the surgeon is, they will always be thought of as the guy with a deformed hand. However, it still makes the patient's life a whole lot better and easier to handle.

  • It is the same with gynecomastia in men. Men have a huge inferior complex if they have gynecomastia("man boobs"), because they are developing female traits, when they are men, and they know they are men, and will always identify themselves as men.

This is what transgendered women/men go though, except their whole body is the traits of the opposite sex, & continues to change, causing a ton of depression. Im sure any woman wouldnt want to grow a beard or chest hair or any of that.same with trans

  • @DaFawky

What's so difficult about changing one's mind? Lots of people do it. Some set of beliefs bring unhappiness so when they're tired of being unhappy they understand their mistake and change their mind, their belief, with a belief more in tune with reality.

Why are males who think they are female in their mind want to be any different? No mater the PR and legislation, society will always give a hard time to ppl who rejec t their body and sex, even if your surgeon is great.

  • @Khamomil because the gender in the mind doens't change. It's pretty much like asking an autistic person to "not be autistic". They will always be trans even when they try to hide it(and fail at hiding it because of the high suicide rate).

No matter the denial, pain, living a lie, etc, they will always have their identity as the 'opposite' sex. At the end of the day, the legislations and surgeries are for one's self more than society.

  • you obviously know nothing about being trans, you just want to say what you think about us, without actually knowing what it is like. Your opinions are useless because you will only be seen as someone who's ignorant about what being trans is.

It's the same arguments over and over, and they just don't work.

  • @DaFawky the mind is the center of ur arguement. this fact ensures ur logic as flawed. if it is in the mind...and i agree it is...this is a psychological disorder period. sorry...but u have not evidence to argue otherwise.

  • @HeLives824 no it isn't. The mind doesnt change for transgendered people. ever. There is no such treatment for the mind. u can only pretend that you're not trans- which leads to suicide much of the time.

So my argument stands that its the body that needs the treatment- not the mind. Its the only thing that works & lets them live happy lives. So Yes, I stand my ground that u have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, & just spouting off what u think of trans when u rly have no clue.

  • @DaFawky the body grows & develops from conception w/proper nutrition. the mind develops from the senses around it. it is a clean slate upon birth. every human being is different...yes...but the information received in the mind is through a process of interpretation of the senses. if these r not nurtured & cultivated, we see anomilies. the body is 100's of times more relable in treatment plotting than the mind. thought is individual. it is based on interpretation of senses from birth...

  • @DaFawky if one where to take an infant from birth, train her or him to be a murdering sociopath w/no outside influence on their senses, one would build a murdering sociopath.

the mind is manipulated...intentfully or by accident. it is a clean slate being shaped by all of it's outside influence...good or bad.

you have no way of knowing what has transpired in each persons life to come to any conclusion. assuming it's the body thats broken is shortsided & a bit immature,

  • @HeLives824 Nothing has ever shown being transgendered was environmental, and if it was, it wouldn't matter anyway.

  • @DaFawky ur solution does not focus on the root of their problem. after a lifetime of false interpretation, they probably believe their body is what should change. if we went back to the beginning, we'd find it's the mind that has been manipulated & their interpretation is skewed from this point forward.

i base my assessment on scientific evidence not personal opinion. u do not know me therefore u in no way can judge my assessment as biased. u simply don't like it...again, immature.

  • it has nothing to do with being a "normal thing in the GLBT crowd". it has to do with people suffering from being transgender.. it's an actual condition.. it's only a treatment. it has nothing to do with some sort of "normal thing" in the GLBT community.

  • @DaFawky

You cannot be a female only in your mind. If you have a penis and testicles then you're a male and you have to deal with it. If you cannot accept your sex it's a serious psychological condition that needs to be treated but saying you're female in a male body is a devious lie that contributes to make lots of guys unhappy.

All the surgery in the world will never make you able to conceive and carry babies in your inexistant womb and have milk in your breasts to suckle them.

  • @Khamomil gender is social mind, sex is purely biological.

No, if your mind is female and your body is male, you are just going to have to accept that your mind is female, and do whatever you can to change your body. What you say about my body is irrelevant to me.

"saying you're female in a male body is a devious lie "

no it wouldn't, that would actually be confessing the truth. lying would be saying the opposite, pretending to be a guy.

Many women can't have babies and/or give milk, and?.

  • @DaFawky

What exactly makes a guy think his mind is female? What thoughts, emotions, aspirations, goals etc. does he identify as female, what thoughts etc does he identify as male?

  • @Khamomil trans women aren't just guys who think their mind is female, so the with the way you phrased the question it's hard to answer. But trans women know the body mismatch their entire lives. Avoidance of the male genitalia starts very young. Going through puberty is a living nightmare. As a trans, the older you get without treatment, the worse the gender dysphoria get. If you are a man, it would be like going through live developing as a woman.

  • it is not a deformity of the mind, it's more of a deformity of the body. The body is the only thing that is undesirable and depressing to a transgendered individual. not the mind. They body only affects their mind and causes havoc.

and that's kind of sick bringing someone's religion into it. most of the surgeons are not jewish. and if they were- AND? got a problem with that?

"I believe the trans-gender surgery..." What you believe is irrelevant because you're only stating ignorance about us.

  • I believe the trans-gender surgery and face feminization cosmetic surgery are being promoted as normal things to do to the LBGT crowd for the sole purpose of bringing business to the jewish surgeons. They will tell you anything to make you want the next surgery. A little lift here and a little plumping there and you'll be a doll. All they care about is their fat fee that's all and you guys are being taken advantage of. Pathetic.

  • An Exorcism would have been a lot cheaper and less painful.

  • She's beautiful.

I'm getting this done in 10 months it just looks so awful and painful to go through. i guess the end results make it all worth it, you're looking pretty good though hope you dont take much notice of the negative comments. People don't realise how hard it is and i'm sure most of them wouldn't last ten minutes in a life like yours.

  • Well done Vicki! I can see very clear difference between how you were and how you look now. The surgeon did excellent work. I had ffs two years ago, and it has made my face feminine and boosted my self consciousness.

FFS surgeons are like sculptors who shape our face. Thank god, we got them. Good luck beauty!

  • you are really sweet, this is mean lots to other ts...this is not what we want to be that how we were born, thank you for understanding

  • @DaFawky why believe the lie. You see this butchery and say it is good?

  • @Antipropaganda100 and circumcision is?

  • @Antipropaganda100 it's not a lie. it's no different than fixing any other deformities.

living a lie would be pretending you *aren't* trans. This has been shown throughout time to cause suicide rampage.

  • @DaFawky

Yes it is different because the person's body is normal and functional, including the sex organs. So if there is a deformity it's in the person's mind, not body.

  • @DaFawky Oh I see so a person's sex is all in their head, and it's the body that needs to be put in line, not the mind that needs to be treated so the person accepts his/her body and sex?

  • @Khamomil Actually, gender is in the mind, sex is purely biological. The mind will never change in this, it is permanent. Trying to conform(living a lie)t only leads to suicide. The rate of suicide attempts is 50% by one's 20th birthday. The only treatment for the mismatch is accepting it and fixing all the things wrong with the body(NOT the mind). Nothing will change a trans person's mind, many things can change a trans person's body. and it *works*.

  • I am glad that you showed the immediate after and the progress. When you see just one before and one after you can not tell what the person went through to get there. I was worried about your lips but they turned out great :) Money very well spent.

  • Amazing, each day he(she) looks more beautiful more and more!

  • @ASHL0TTE the correct pronoun is she, since she's a woman. :) and i 100% agree, she's very beautiful.

  • wow mr bean !

  • Wow!! that's amazing...

  • nice results but isnt all the surgery at once a bit much for the body to handle? if i get any i think ill do 1 at a time.

  • i can see that it looks very painful vicki . how long it takes for you to recover fully ?

  • im proud of you

  • he should hv done it when his younger, instead of lik in his 50s or something?

  • @ahaugotit

That's a pretty ridiculous thing to say. These types of surgeries haven't been around until VERY recently.

Please do some research before making such a stupid comment. It was his only option to do it this late. I'm sure he would have done it sooner if it were available for more socially acceptable back then.

  • its around at least a few yrs ago, who r u trying to act smart? And i was only saying wat i thought, u cn correct me but do show some respects cos u hv no right to call me stupid, who do u think u r?

  • "a few years ago", this is exactly what I mean. He wouldn't look any different if he did it a few years before then. Stop being rude after they've already taken the steps to look more like a woman. Also it would have costed him a hell of a lot more if he did it earlier.

Who do I think I am? Who do you think you are should be the question. You're rude, and you should have no business commenting if you don't know what you're talking about.

  • Do u know how to read? or interpret things? Whats in ur head straws? I never intended to b rude, i was only saying wat i think, when did i say anything rude? There's ppl here who called him ugly n shit, y dont u tell them to shutup, i didnt even say anything mean abt him n i did feel happy fr him that he's finally gt the face he wanted. Seriously u r a wierdo fr being so offensive, i just hv nothing more to say to u so u dont need to reply me if ur still taking my comments as an offence.

  • Some people do not go through their transformation until they are older. It is a very hard decision to make. Of course youth has beauty but so what. Just because you are older does not mean that you should not do the surgery....

  • very good result, I'm glad for you

    :)

  • It looks as if you could have save money and just went 10 rounds with Lennox Lewis.

  • wow!!!

  • oh my that hurt i would never do that in my life but i would love to get my nose done

  • Hope you are happy. Congratulations!

  • They did a beautiful job hun. You look stunning.

  • I want to have ffs surgery, but then I get freaked at how people look post-op. Not sure if I can handle it...

WHY CANT THEY JUST PUT ME IN A DEEP SLEEP UNTIL MOST OF IT HEALS T_T

  • wow thats is quite suffering.

  • I am about to go these... I am really freaked out it would be amazing if you could contact me. Thanks!

  • wow , awesome, great work Girl, be proud , May i ask a Q. : how much did it cost plz coz i am willing to do it but have no idea??

all the best Dear, Kisses Beautifull.

  • Wow!!! You look fantastic now. Well done. xx

  • Vicki congratulations you look sensational. I hope your having a ball! And like Cinderella I hope your going to some aswell. Best wishes from london

  • MORE SWEET and femenine YES ¡

  • it will always amaze me what people will do to fulfill their dreams.

    you are very brave.

  • Wow...what an incredible journey! I commend you for having the strength to fulfill your most deepest desire...You looked as tho you went thru hell...I could never have tolerated the kind of pain you went thru. God Bless, and may you have a very happy and fulfilling life, inside and out! :)

  • YOU WERE HANDSOME AS A DUDE....

  • I hope you are happy about what you did, cause it looked like you had a lot of pain, but the result was awsome.

  • oh my gosh! its vicky from the transsexual operation show!hahah! wow!

  • That is exactly what I thought when I first saw this. xD

  • I just want to congratulate you on your new look, it's amazing. I saw you on TV as well. It must have been painful but it was worth it, right? :) I hope your life changed a lot for the better. *hugs*

  • Congratulations you look fantastic, you look beautiful!

  • wow beore no offince but you look like robertdineo in drag then after words WOW year or so l8r you look wonderful like a sister of you former self maybe better. congrads to you.

  • i...cant believe this ,

this is just great , fantastic

i wish i get the enought money one day to make the same

  • i dont think it really made you look more feminine. i guess you were too manly looking to begin with but you look like a manly uh woman i guess. you should read on how to use makeup and hair. im sure that would help some.

  • This video is so helpful because of the methodical way in which you documented your progress, along with the specificity of procedures you had done. I am in day 2 post op for feminization procedures (not as extensive as yours). I am trying to see how I will look When I go back to work. So this was helpful.

  • Such a great video, thanks for sharing! :)

You look amazing, it looks like it hurt, but wow you look great!

  • gross!

  • That looked seriously painful, what a difference you look so beautiful and about 20 years younger afterwards. almavegas clearly wasnt watching the same video as the rest of us.

  • wow you look amazing, what a difference. I saw your surgery on Sex Change Hospital and i found it amazing. As a transsexual myself (ftm) i felt more personally from Jim's story but your journey was also good to watch :)

  • Thank you for putting up this video.

    You look amazing :]

  • you look good!!!! really good... you just need to do your eyebrows a litle bit so you finish your look more. great job.

  • You look younger... But Spiegels bone work is too subtle you dont look any more feminine!

  • it looks so painful..

    ...but worth it.

    you look great..

  • Thank you Genxer68!

  • Your surgeon was great. It took about 30 years off your appearance! Amazing!
