  • to each its own

  • Saudades dos meus 16 anos!!!!

  • One of the best singer-songwriters of any generation! Too bad he's getting so old now...but his music will certainly live on longer than he and everyone else here.

  • Az Yet did it better

  • @ravenettcha Chicago is the original one.

  • Painfully moving!!

  • Jason does it better.

  • It might just be me but I cannot stand this guy's voice and inflections.

  • I Love peter cetera!! What happened to all the great artists? Music is nothing like it use to be!!

  • Makes you feel sorry for the kids today and the shite they're force fed.

  • I'm happy when I'm thinking about my first piano lesson- 15 years ago :)

I can play all of the songs which are beautifull as this one :)

  • peter with chicago and then solo is one of the best in the late 80's

  • He is one of the best singers I have ever heard!!

  • never get tired of this one....

  • wtf does the conductor do?

  • @FRE5HIT

He is tho one that comend the other who to play like is left hand comands de tempo and de hand with the stick is the tone, if it is higher ou lower.

  • love you ,xxx

  • Peter Cetera does magic!!!! what a great singer of all time. I'm on my 20's and still loving his songs. . .♥

  • aaaaggggh...dimana dikau sekarang

  • Great singer. Not a lot of kids in my generation, todays kids, listen to 70's and over. I'm glad I'm one of that small percentage who can appreciate a great singer when I see one. I prefer older generation songs more then this generation since the older ones have deep meanings. Just an amazing singer and song.

  • @evilangelsora

Indeed. I agree 100% with you and share your opinion. Dont believe there'll be music so perfect, so magic, so deep, as you say, like 80's musics. I was born in 73, and i tell you, still listen to this kind of songs. it brings back so good memories.

  • Simply beautiful. In my opinion, Peter Cetera is one of the best artists I have ever known. I thank him for all the wonderful memories his music has brought me.

  • beautiful ,nicely done.peter is still amazing.

  • HE"S THE BEST!!!

  • Time to pick up the bass guitar again peter and go back to chicago!

  • Great Song!

    ¡Gran Canción!

  • Great Song!

    ¡Gran Canción!

  • GOOD

  • it's definitely an honor when your song can be performed with an orchestra.

  • I love Peter Cetera's voice ;)

  • exelentes temas, me gustan mucho,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  • 18 LOSERS

  • beautiful song love Chicago & Peter Cetera I've been a fan of both since my jr high days

  • Was this written by David Foster?

  • @JesdaG NO: Peter Cetera wrote this, David Foster produced it with him.

  • Didn't mean to sound harsh, Scheff can sing, but Cetera has a voice that is so distinct. When you connect a song to a sound, you can't just change. It's the Journey syndrome, Pineda to Perry.

  • yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!

    facebook/CyRENiC

  • nobody not even me can resist this song..this is awesome

  • after all these years whenever I hear Peter Cetera sing I get goosebumps.....

    what a voice!

  • - 18 people doesnt know how to say "im sorry"...

  • @drpresentacion

    lmfao!!! awesome

  • Reminds me of 1984

  • Listen Radio Música para Mimos. The Best Songs of Love . Its Great .!!! (search in Google)

  • Proper Music.

    Thank you to the uploader..

  • p cetera the best

  • holy shit ! this was great ! looking toward the entire concert with this kind of orchesta!

  • Wonderful!!!

  • b e a u tfuull

  • yeah, Jason has written a lot of "classic" songs......who cares if Cetera has to sing it in a different key?

    Here's the true test:

    Cetera sings songs he writes...

    Chicago uses songs Cetera wrote...

  • Wow! I didn't realize Peter Cetera had so many great songs I used to listen to when I was younger!

  • just think about the "words" in this song and remember why you are with the person that you are with? works in so many ways, dont you think??????

  • got tears in my eyes as i'm listening to this....

  • one of the best ever

  • Major key lower here. Everybody is always dis'n Jason but Jason is damn near 50 yrs old. Peter sang all that stuff in his 20s and now that Peter is damn near 60 Jason sings his ass under the table. If Peter was in Chicago he wouldn't be able to sing his own damn songs in the original key as we see here. JUST ASK STEVE PERRY ABOUT THAT SHYT!!!! Peter was absolutely the man 30 yrs ago......Jason is the man TODAY for Chicago!!!

  • @MidiRoseVax BULLSHIT, Peter is a way better singer than Scheff. Scheff sucks-needed to sing a crappy falsetto the last time he sang this song-

  • @swabbles808 I was all prepared to dis you but I'm not going to go there. If Crosswinds is your band you guys actually sound pretty damn good. As the MD for the premier Chicago tribute band in Philadelphia, If I were given the choice of Cetera or Scheff to front our band next week. For my band it would definitly be Scheff . 30 years ago may have been Cetera.

  • I respectfully disagree with you. You are aware If I were given the choice of Cetera or Scheff to front our band for a show next week. For my band it would definitly be Scheff today. 30 years ago it may have been Cetera. I respectfully disagree with you. You are aware that Pete is singing this song a whole step lower than the original?

  • @swabbles808 FYI this is the one song out of our list of 37 Chicago songs that our singer can not do in the original key either......LOL We actually do it in the key of this video also....LOL!!!

  • nice one hard to say I'm sorry by peter cetera I love you...& Glory of love my favorite Song...God bless all & take care

  • @srenex He is a pimp, but I wouldn't call him Bill Clinton.lol

  • amazing!!

  • How Talented? Brings a tear everytime I hear PC sing this song.

  • Still sounds better than 90% of the trash that is popular today.

  • @kwaidonjin Absolutely!! However I'd put that figure closer to 99.9%

  • This guy is dangerously near perfect.

  • Cunt...

  • this is great

  • He gets better as time goes on! Beautiful.

  • Phenomenal, at his age he still can knock your socks off. This song brings back great memorys.

  • yess thats greate song ever..

  • Peter is a great singer but I just wished he would hold the notes a little longer.

  • @yoeasypunk still its sounds good, like he means all them words,as usual, and lovely he is thats my opinion.and great on stage and compliments the orchestra, which are also great!

  • can we have a LOVE button on here? cause like isn't a strong enough word

    Pedro

  • What's with the "you're gonna hear it without the motorcycle" comment? Is it some allusion to Foster's original powerhouse production of the original?

  • @tone143 (background motorcycle) Song used in a scene from the movie "Summer Lovers."

  • Don't be so arrogant! It's not The Philarmonica of Berlin but, in general, the result is very touching and beautiful.

  • That conductor has a pony tail! But I thought classical musicians were all uptight. Outrageous!

  • beautiful, touching song. My bf dedicated this to me after we had a fight. Great song.

  • Thanks for this video. Just wonderful, Peter. Lookin' great! Love this song!

  • Why does he remind me of JFK o_O

Also, Elton John. Somewhat. More in the voice. But I prefer Cetera hahaha. Maybe just because he's a Bassist.

  • Yes I agree there is a little resemblance. I think it's the shape of the face especially the chin and mouth. He does resemble JFK.

  • Its really hard to say Im sorry after what we been through!

  • The first 4 mins of the song is great...the music doesn't exactly follow his lips, but otherwise pretty good

  • it could just be the mic.

  • f*cking great

  • thanks for back-up guy. very obvious peter c. cant hit that high anymore.

  • Hmmm... Let's see how many high notes you can hit when you're 64 years old. You'll should be proud if you can look and sound half as good as Peter does here when you're his age.

  • @adamworth1979

Well, even thoughI cannot sing a note, I did notice that they dropped the key abourt two steps. Still he was hitting them left and right. Keep on Peter!

  • @adamworth1979 o hes soo good and im32, he s lovely!!!

  • when was this performed? anyone pls tell me when was the date the exact dte month or year they've performed this...

  • This is awesome. I can't wait to see him with the Knoxville Symphony coming up soon.

  • I just noticed how out of synch the music and video are together. lol Read some people's comments mentioning it and finally noticed it myself. This really isn't a good song to perform like this, with orchestra instead of band. But it's a crowd pleaser, was a #1 hit in the early 80's. So Peter might be expected to perform it. These are all his songs, thus no royalties to be paid. :) Break Away is odd without the vocals. But it does give the orchestra the limelight to shine.

  • magnifico
