Is the "Panda" algorithm update affecting non-English searches?

These panda changes are so screwed in google.

And now google is looking for new changes in 2012.

I would rather thougt to go back in 2010 and correct mistakes done in 2011.

The first rule of web design, keep it simple, place important information upfront and have it stand out. As a Partner, we sell ourselves with videos/Channel comments/info about us/the people we communicate with/new uploads/and promotion of other users. All these things should be "seen at a glance" on the front page when selling a product (ie the uploader ) With Cosmic Panda, it takes all the basic rules and throws them away by spreading everything out page after page and tab after tab.
