in real movies, they use 24 fps, because thats what the human brain needs to see to see movement. so all you need to do is make more frames, and speed it up to 24fps. then it will look much better. PS. i just got a morph kit to mess about with over the holidays, should be real fun!
Im guessing you did it in Movie maker? just a tip for stop motion animations- zoom in to the timeline and shorten the pictutres so they will flow more smoothly.

24 fps is best, but I can only use 15, that was like, 6 fps lol
