i feel dum cuz i fractured a growth plate in my foot and the only thing i had done for it was a. ugly orthapedic shoe thing

I broke my wrist.... It hurts soooooooooo bad !!!!! I feel so bad for u!!! I did the same thing.... I was going to get my phone from upstairs and I slipped and fell and I told my mom so we got it checked..... There you the wrist is snapped right in half !!!!! So srry for ur injury !!!!

it is sore breaking ur (2) wrists because i jumped off my friends trampoline and landed on my wrists trying too save myself.also i hit my head off d ground, lucky i wasnt nocked on concious.now i have a scar on left arm cos i got a 4 inch pin in wrist to hold the bone in position.it happened on 22 april 2011 (good friday) at about 9;30.my advice.....DONT JUMP OFF A TRAMPOLINE ON A WET EVENING :) Or it will hurt! (Not Fake)
