The man in the cowboy hat crying I met showing him my FDNY tribute Engine with all 343 names and ranks of the fireman that died on 911. He told me early his relative Lt. Banes name was on my engine, Lt Banes lost both parents when he was young and his grandparents raised him. He lost both of them within 3 months of 911 and I was told he just found the love of his life and got engaged. " NEVER FORGOTTEN" means "NEVER FORGETTING"
