At the Inaugural hug, Miley's right hand is actually at Nick's neck, touching his hair. At first I thought it was at his back but when I watched the video, I saw that her hand actually went to Nick's hair. It's sooo cute, it was like she's playing with his hair. You can also notice that the Inaugural hug is like as tight as this hug because I can see the muscles in Miley's left arm there, it's like they really hold onto each other so tight and they never want to let go. AWW. =D
