For all those dumb people who are saying : ''WTF THEY ARE THINKING AS INDIVIDUALS TO WIN THE GOLD MEDALS NOTHING ABOUT WINNING WHILE DOING TEAMWORK'' , just to mention that in Korea every gold medals make the winner and his teammate around 5000$/month for a year only for the first place of course. So teamwork is a REALLY good thing to do if you are skating for Korea.

I don't know if this is true, but I find all Chinese athletes disgusting looking. Not only wang Meng but also in all other sports like badminton, tennis and even in figure skating.

I think Chinese people are just inferior compared to Japanese and Korean. Also their language sounds extremely stupid. They sound funny, and talk in loud tone. Very annoying as well. I'd say China as a nation is a fail to the max.

There are the heats and the semi finals and this could be the semi finals in which you'd only need to place Top 2 to advance to the finals. Chinese short track speed skaters tend to only do so much as to advance and give it their all in the finals (as demonstrated by Zhou Yang today at the Olympics in the 1500m).
