  • I'm walking constantly at work for 9-13 hours a day. Does that count because i don't really feel a burn, nor does is really make my heart beat faster does that count. Do i have to feel a burn or feel my heart beating faster?

    Doesn't count. If you don't feel your pulse increase and your heart beat faster, you're not getting your heart rate up. Try power walking. Walking fast with longer strides and working your arms at your sides. This will get your heart beating faster and your heart rate up. You basically can't get your heart rate up without sweating a little in the process. :P

  • targeting love the abdominal area does not reduce the fat of certain areas of the body. Thats been proven long ago. It might seeeeem like it but its not. Also, if you gonna start focusing on burning calories I wouldldn't do that either. there's a 95% chance you'll get fatter afterwards. the way to actually go about burning fat and keeping it off is a tiny bit complicated. just google 'your fit assist' cuz it explains it more

  • basicly its something genectily people that get fat and the fat goes into your sides (lovehandles) those people arent very lucky cause 1 there is no cardio excercise only for your belly and ure sides so it is very had to get rid of them cause u need a lot of cardio some like 30 - 45 minutes minimum 3 times a week for like 3 to 4 to 5 months so after that u will lose it but as i said its reallly hard to get rid of them and from cardio u will lose some fat here and there so u wont see it fast

  • @Lansvacer I went from about 225 lbs to 165 and lost my love handles, but still have a little extra skin left. I will tell you it hard work, took me 6 months to lose the pounds, but i stopped drinking soft drinks and did about 30 minutes of running in place everyday, just put some headphones on and listen to music, or watch your favorite TV show while running in place.

    It does work, but takes time, patience and motivation.

  • ive been triying to get rid of my love handles for 3 months now and nothings working. Can someone please help me out here. Tell me how long you have to do an excercise for them a day and for how many weeks.

  • @jarkool well Ive been eating canned vegetables and im trying to cut out the meat and eat only fish. I mainly eat just cereal for breakfast and then for dinner I eat at least one or two kinds of vegetables and some type of meat. Please help me out here im so desperate!! Still nothing is working..!!

  • @volleyballperfect ok what are your cardiovascular workouts?

  • @jarkool I do various excercises like marching forward and back and things dealing mainly with jumping. I do this for 30 minutes everyday and then after i do that I work on my love handles by doing a workout similar to the one where you get a broom and go side to side. I do that for 400 times on each side. and sometimes I do different things too along with that.

  • @volleyballperfect i am a middle linebacker for my Varsity football team so hips are the almost the most important element that i use because i need to cut into a 45 degree angle and do a lot of shuffles. I don't know if you would want to do the type of workout system that i do for my athelicism but here is my hip workout. This helped me lose a ton of love handles:

    1. Squating (helps losen your hips and work the core)

    2. High knees (losens your hips and is prob more effective then a 5mile jog

  • @jarkool it would also be fantastic if you could tell me some excercises for the legs especially the upper inner part of the leg and for the lower stomach too. that would be great thank you very much and im so glad that someone is accually trying to help me out.

  • @volleyballperfect 3) 8 min abdominal workout (do a combination of crunches, bycilces, 6in, and butterflies without stopping or having your feet touch the ground. this will help gain muscle in the lower abdominal area and help you lose some fat on you hips)

    4) Any type of cardiovacular activity that involves the whole body. there is no specific workout that just focuses on losing the fat on your hips but i garentee doing this stuff will help lose fat in that area, If you would like i could make

Also if you could tell me how many times to do each excercise that would be great also, and what I mean by this is like how many butterflies do I do a day and so on for each excercise if that makes since. Thank you very much for all your help and I really hope that it works for me too. So how long did it take you to lose your love handles?
