There was a little girl who died during the early making of call of duty mw2 i believe she was the daughter of one the designers and she loved this stuff teddy bear with this star on it and in memory of her the father put the teddy bear in the game. Not only that but she also love to draw and the designer put one of her drawings in the game thumbs up so people can see
