WACLA is attempting to divert the attention of drivers away from the road and onto THEM.

They are deliberately putting people's lives in danger.

If I EVER see a bunch of idiot "truth" kooks waving their signs on a bridge which spans a stretch of highway on which I'm travelling, I will do my utmost to see that their actions are physically interdicted.

We saw about 3 police cars go by inc. one on the bridge just to be sure that we would stay with the banner and keep holding it. The police on the freeway waved at us and gave us a short burst. They LOVE us!! The CHP that morning (part one) had a personal issue. The police LOVE US!!!

Wrong. Some of them apparently TOLERATE you to the extent that no-one lodges a formal complaint (though that will soon change, you can rest assured), and they have better things to do.

The CHP "that morning" was correct, however, and should have cited the lot of you, IMO. Believe me, if people start making some noise about the danger that you pose to public safety (and you DO pose a danger), you will see that you're not as well-liked by the Police as you believe.

BTW- the traffic was going 10-20 MPH. No one was in mortal danger. We added no traffic to the traffic. You and your nieces will be just fine when you see us. In fact come up and say "Hi" if you have time. We will let you know how to actually help the First Responders.
