to finish it all up , obama took office jan 20 , 2009 to date .
when he took office unemployment was 8.2%
after 2 more years of democrat rule unemployment is now 9.8 % and there now calling it the new normal !

gw bush was voted in to office on jan 20 , 2001. unemployment was 4.2%
republicans ran everything till jan 20 , 2007 , unemployment was 4.5%
in the 6 years UE went from 4.2 to 4.5 %
democrats ran congress the last 2 years bush was in office from jan 20 , 2007 till jan 20 , 2009 when he left office
in the 2 years that democrats ran congress and the senate , unemployment went from 4.5 % to 8.2% when he left office in 09
