It started at like 1 pm; The doors opened at 12, but they wouldn't let anyone in until like 12:45. And no, much to my displeasure, the Jonas Brothers weren't there. But there Full Moon Crazy tour is considered the pre- show or after- party of the Jonas Brothers tour. Since in was 12, it was the pre- show; but in your town it could be the after- party. It depends on when the JB concert starts.
