Yeah, smeargle is the weakest Pokemon, if I'm not mistaken, but makes up for being able to learn every single move in the game, including Judgement (Mew can't have some attacks, especially the one related to gender) you have some possible cheap combo. Spore > Lock On/Mind Reader > Sheer Cold anyone?

it is possible for splash to have that effect,as i knew it would.u c,splash is another one of those hidden 1 hit KO moves that has ridiculously low accuracy.if it hits,that's it!on a different note,my magikarp is a cheated one,as it has moves that it shouldn't know.(it is a pokemon in my copy of either diamond or pearl.)

You're an idiot. Magikarp evolves from level 20 onwards, but you can cancel evolution whilst it is taking place, or give the pokemon an everstone. You can catch a level 20 gyarados if you know where to look.
