yeah,thats just a glitch,in case anyone doesnt know you can recreate that helmet in forge using merged turrets,i see that glitch almost every time i play through floodgate its just an assault helmet combined with a combat.

the elite is called doomsday elite well thats what bungie called them and these are used when no other elite can win, i once saw one alive

That's actually a high ranked Elite. They combine the two standard helmets into one. I think it's the Captain.
