Those two are only available on the Gamecube version of the game. This is the Xbox version. =)

Yeah but it would be better if you were playing with the Gamecube version and included their fatalities. Theirs are the best! As for the PSP version, you have to connect it to a TV somehow. It includes Jax, Kitana, Frost, and Blaze. Sadly, the first 3 have only one fatalities, Blaze has none at all, and all of them have no Hara-Kiris.
