  • Still a good scene though.

  • He was such a genius he murdered all of his wives because they didn't bear him a son. If only they had known back then that the chromozone that determines the sex comes from the male, maybe it would have been his head on the block. Karma is beautiful though since he died a 300 pound heavier and Syphillis infected Glutten.

  • sexy kiss!

  • I missed this one when it showed in the movie theaters... how intriguing, can't wait to see it. It's sad to think about the heartbreaks, although I guess that in those times a woman thought that to be the mistress of a King was a great deal, and perhaps the bastard children felt that way too. I read that Henry never acknowledged the two children he had with Mary. How sad...

  • Omg this trailer gives me chills... I can't wait to watch it tonight on filmsi.co.cc I've never even heard of it before! =D This is a trully amazing pieces of art.....outstanding !! I think you gonna love it !!

  • He has a nice voice

  • grrr bad king >:(

  • Oh!!madonna,what a wonderful King,the real King!!

  • i love her hair

  • This one was ok in my opinion. Could have made it more epic but generaly ok story. I enjoyed it totally free on moovi.co.cc. I saw a very good quality of it there.

  • This is really cool...!! i have watched lots of films on moovi.co.cc... no other place you can watch films with such good clarity online!!

  • It's th best film I've seen in a long time and I go to the kookíca around twice a week! The love story was great and as a souless rom com hater I reveled in their passion and desire to be together despite all the costs.

  • What a delight in our time to see such a marvel. A perfect story, touching and exploring every profound topic worthy of pondering and dealing with: True Love,-Life and Death,- Good and Evil,-Time and Eternity. See it on kookíca! Wow!!!

  • I find this one on kookíca and I was thrilled...t has a perfect blend of emotions and feelings aroused by this films...highly recommand

  • I like to judge movies based on how long after the credits I am still thinking about the film. I saw this nearly two weeks ago on kookíca and I still cannot wait to see it again. You may know the ending before you see it, but you have know idea of the journey that will take you there.

  • Can't wait to see that movie on kòòkica. From the 1st moment i saw the trailer i was shocked.glad critics loved it and recomend it.That raises my expectations!!!

  • Why not two women? I would almost have wished my husband had someone else to go to on occasion. If I had found a king I was attracted to, he would be more than welcome to woo me - you guys obviously have no idea what it was like for women back then. WE HAD NO SAY in the matter.

  • When this movie first came out, I figured that it would be just one of those boring fantasy film, rom-com style, which I would hate. However, I was wrong and I absolutely loved it. The story is nothing like what I expected, as it is quite unique and very gripping. I suggest to you all to give yourself time for this...it is on kòòkica.

  • saw a midnight showing on kòòkica. It was breathtaking and totally immersing. It is easy to ignore the holes and just let the story flow, and the weaknesses of some of the charcters are few. definitely worth seeing.

  • i thought the cast was amazing and the effects completely germaine to the movie, but i sort of feel like it was almost *too* easy to follow. i'd be totally willing to see it again on kòòkica just to see if there was something i missed, thematically speaking, and whether the end is what i think it is, or not.

  • DAAAAAMN hes so fit! :P

  • Henry you traitor, your supposed to marry Anne, not her sis >:C

  • Well gee Henry the reason you are lied to everyday is so people can keep in your good graces therefore keeping their heads. duh. lol.

  • I love this movie but I think they made the king way to nice. they make him look like a pussy. when the real king henry would not feel guilty about anything he demanded.

  • *sigh* Oh, please "your highness." The only reason why you want so many women in your life is because you want a son for the next heir to the throne. Just face the fact you were just USING your wives and mistresses and you never cared about them!

I would rather die than sleeping with an evil bastard.

  • Well Henry the reason you are lied to a hundred times a day, is so they can keep to your good side so you don't execute them!

  • He came! He saw (women)! He conquered (women)!

  • First i really really loved the movie before i had even read the book.. but the book, oh my gosh. If you haven't read it, READ IT! LOL. xD it's good, but i loved the cast. :) Though.. i LOVE Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Henry and Natalie Dormer as Anne Boleyn. If you have no clue what i'm talking about, i'm talking about the tv series, The Tudors. :) A very good tv series!

  • @xXForeverRoseXx me too!!! the book is great!!!

  • Gee Henry the reason why people lie to you everyday, is to avoid getting their heads chopped off.

  • this movie was a snoozefest.

  • just wanted to note, henry the eighth was the third child, not the second. he had an older brother (arthur) and an older sister (margaret)... just throwing that out there :)

eric bana never really worked for me as henry. i don't know, it just.. wasn't right. i liked natalie portman as anne though, and scarlet was pretty good as mary.

  • This single clip, is just about the only thing in the film that bears any relation to the book The Other Boleyn Gril" by Phillipa Greggory. The rest of this film, well lets just say that after having read the book many times, coupled with what I have researched re Henry and his wives - I was so so so disappointed by this film the cast were okay, its just the film Bears no relation to the book or even the most well known and basic facts.of history. It was as if they couldnt be bothered with it

  • Eric Bana is incredibly sexy. So why the hell is he cast as a repulsive POS like Henry VIII??? This movie made him seem like he was a great guy!

  • For the same reason Cate Blanchett was casted as Elizabeth I -to make those historic characters attractive to modern audiences.

  • I don't think Scarlet looks better than Natalie! But I think according to the undetstanding about beauty back then she was considered more beautiful!!!

  • She's so innocent ^_^

  • Comment removed

  • I just watched this film last night it was fantastic i fought Natalie Portman done a gr8 job n Eric looked very hot in this film wish i was Scarlett lol :P

  • henry was barely in the shadows of his older brother arthur, he died at 16 and henry was 12 and he got to be king! what a douche

  • Omg. Bad King! >:O Bad!!

You cant have two women you evil bastard!

  • Yes He could. He was the King, he had absolute power. He could do anything he wanted if he wanted, and when he wanted.

  • up to a certain point. If he had been able to do anything whenever he wanted, he wouldn't have had such a hard time getting rid of Catherine.

  • @2k8LuvBunny If you think two women were bad wait until king Henry got older ...

  • @2k8LuvBunny two- he was married 6 times, he had numerous mistress, he didn't just have 2, he saw he wanted he took.

  • @2k8LuvBunny he had 6 wives

  • Thats pretty awesome that you honour your parents.

  • Wow, how selfish is King Henry...

    Poor Mary

  • The king can take any women he wanted and make love to her.

  • Henry the 8th was the rock star of his day. You had to think that some, not all, of the women lined up for him were a little willing themselves.

  • was it just accepted back then that men could have sex with any women that he wanted to? And the woman just agreed to it?

  • thats pretty much the way it was, HisCreationlam.

  • Such an insult to women! I am glad that I was born in the 80's.

  • plus he was king, so he could do what he wanted really! lol makes you glad we have rights now eh?

  • So true. Even now some people are still sexist. Hell, if the king tried to make me sleep with him, I would beat the hell out of him.

  • you would probably get sentenced to death :/

  • No probably about it. You would have been excuted.

  • @PsychedelicDespair

Then you would have been killed or sent to a nunnery.

  • well he was the king, I think every woman wanted a piece of him

  • Mary was the first born! what the heck?

  • OMG, Bana is hotter then holy Hell in this flick. And that had to be one of the sexiest parts in a movie in a long time. I just wish there was more to watch in the flick- seemed like they could have pumped out more sex scenes.

    ...Pun intended. :)

  • I'm proud to be English, we have such a great historical past don't we?

  • it sure is elegant, but i wouldnt say 'great'. in fact, none of the monarchy histories are 'great'. henry the 8th had wife after wife, and killed them to get rid of the one before. and he was the ruler of the country. and yet boasted on being under the church of God. what's so great about that?

  • You're talking five hundred years ago! He didn't kill them all either!

  • I read the book and thought it was FANTASTIC!! I couldn't put it down!! I have also watched the film and thoroughly enjoyed it..I think Eric Bana is a brilliant actor and did a great job, he is most definitely underrated..but I am bias because I love everything about him :P he takes my breath away..he is so beautiful and pure!! LOVEHIMLOVEHIMLOVEHIMMMM

  • i watched the movie tonight & it was fantastic !

    ERIC BANA IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AMAZING(:

i also read the book too it was sooo good.

  • It is a fantastic film....quite different from the book though

  • For better or for worse?

I'm considering reading the book, but I heart its quite long.

    Is it worth it?

  • Oh i definitely think it's worth it, it is quite long hence there's a hell of a lot more detail...I won't go into detail cuz I don't want to give anything away, but you should definitely read it! :) Overall I think it's better than the film, just because of how much more you learn. S'all good!

  • i thought that too- i wish they hadnt left that much out, especially mary's first pregnancy and the longer relationship between anne and the king and mary and william stafford

  • I know in the film you barely even know who William Stafford is...and you don't learn anything else about Mary's husband either, which is a shame, I quite liked old William Carey!

  • Passion at its finest.

  • my mum bought me the film today and it is so hard to wait to watch it...i have about a fith if the book left

im up all hours reading---its incredible n cant wait to watch the film

  • I LOVED the book and have just bought the film today..! Am excited to watch it...! xx

  • I've read the book almost 20 times {seriously} and i've yet to see the movie. I hope it does the book proud

  • i just finished the book and it is good!!!!

  • OMG i wish mr bana could whisper in my ear.... LOVE YOU ERIC....

  • im reading the book now. im almost done. i actually started the book about 2 months ago, but i had to put it away cuz it was distracting me from my school (cuz i had an ap test, etc.) otherwise id be done in about 3 days, considering my schoolwork and stuff! :(

    but its AMAZING!!!

  • I love Mary!!

  • eric has a voice that makes you melt...

  • definitely.

  • *sigh* lol

  • Thank You SOOOOOO MUCH! My parents wont let me see it because of some of the "stuff" in the movie. i read the book, but i want to see the movie soo bad. Thanx.

  • same here

  • Thats pretty awesome that you honour your parents.

  • Im reading the book now. Its soooooo good I cant put it down

  • I think it's important to cast good looking actors to portray Henry VIII. In his youth and prime, he was considered the handsomest prince in Christendom. He was also charismatic, witty, charming and well spoken. What we see today are depictions of the tyrannical fat and old king; the man who chopped his wives heads off, not the one who made them fall in love with him. It's easy to imagine Eric Bana as a young Harry.

  • i was hypnotized by eric bana the whole movie!! he's so hott! i loved the movie soo much cuz of him! it also helps that scarlett and natalie are there too...;P

  • in the beginning of the book anne is 19 and mary is 13.

  • I thought she was only a year older than Mary, 14 or 15

  • It's kinda weird to see Eric Bana (one of the sexiest Hollywood actors) in the role of Henry VIII (one of the ugliest kings of England, at least, as we know him, through the paintings)... LoL

  • Well in the time of Mary and Anne in the court, He was still the "Handsome young prince" from when he got the leg injury was when he started gaining weight.

  • Yes, up until the fall of his horse that injured his leg, it is said he was a very competitive sportsman, especially jousting and hunting. But after the accident his leg never healed properly and his leg would get these ulcers it which he had to keep wrapped, some accounts of his injury say that the kings leg became so infected that it filled the air around him with a foul stench. I am so fascinated with this time period. it is incredible!

  • he`s awesome!

  • I know that in the book she's younger, which is what I said the first time.

  • ERic Bana is so HOT in this movie!!!!!!

I never realized that Eric can be this HOT!!!

  • The movie is great. Scarlett Johansson & Natalie Portman have both excellent performance. Eric Bana also makes a good role and he is so sexy...

  • I've read the book and it's wonderful, i havent seen the movie yet but from what i heard it had a different ending and was very disappointing, so i guess i would just have to watch and see, but i would read the book.

  • It is worth seeing just for the king

  • Has anyone read the book and seen the movie.?

Its just most the time if you read the book then see the movie you are disapointed.

And i love Phillippa Gregory a brilliant author and i love the tudors and wish so much that i could of lived back then

but anyway im seeing the film on monday or maybe after ive read the book depending on anyone who comments back to me

    thanks

  • The book is great. The story is told through Mary and gives you a look at the people that the history books can't give. Very emontional. You cheer for some people and want to slap the others! I hope that even if you dislike the movie you'll give the book a shot. Happy reading

  • but I thought Mary is the older sister though not Anne...

  • She is,but for the book and the movie they made her the younger sister. I think that she is a year older then anne.

  • No anne in the book is older than mary by 2-3 years....mary is the younger with the light hair and Anne the older one with the dark hair..that's hwo it is in the book

  • OH MY GOD ERIC BANA IS SO HOT

    tease...

  • wow scarlett is not a stick. Boy she is good. Go Scarlett!

  • Australians are hot! Eric Bana is the hottest Autralian I have ever seen!

  • I would say more: he´s the hottest MAN I´ve ever seen!

  • Omg i watched this film on Saturday and i LOVE it!

Eric Bana is irresistably hot and his voice is so sexy :D I love australians!

  • Mary Boleyn was older than Anne in real life by a year.

    Fab clip though, thanks :)

  • Yeah i thought she was older too.

At least they got Henry VIII being second oldest right.

And yes it was a fab clip :D

  • i just love eric bana's voice!! so SEXY!!

  • i know! and the best part too hes australian!
