Great pitch, but i am suprised you would have a video on hear with such a blatent crow hop by what is so clearly a well coached pitcher.

Where was the crow hop? It was an illegal pitch, but because of where she pushed off from. Monica Abbott did this a bit too. They walk off their push foot and then lunge.
