Restore fish passage, restore rivers and remove defunct dams. Not all dams must be removed, partial breaching and many other creative solutions abound to return the lay of the land to its natural form.

Who'll push the plunger on the Grand Coulee?

How fun it was to watch them set the Horse Creek free. But who could do the same for the Grand Coulee? That dam has lived too long in its misery; it's a heavy concrete grave filled with leprosy. Look how the river suffers; all the world can see, but who could push the plunger on the Grand Coulee? It's way too big a job for a tractor company.

God himself can do it very easily.
