"Lift" by Shannon Noll from the LP of the same name I beleive, has been the theme song of the AUS Biggest Loser since season 1. A good fit for the show really!
Shannon Noll (who was runner up fron the first Australian Idol) the song is called Lift, from his second album also titled Lift. It's a good song, and is the Theme Song for The Biggest Loser (Aus Version)
Good job. Sadly though if we really had freedom of choice in Australia, why did the media need to completely smear the Howard government and give Labor a free run? To brain wash us. Truth is the owners of the central bank own this country, own the political parties, and Howard openly questioned that global warming was man made. (which it is not, it is the sun). This didn't sit well with the political agenda, which is just designed to cost the people, not the elite in the end.
Yep they stuffed the economy didn't they. It was so obvious to me that the media got their orders from their owners, probably same owners as the RBA, to influence the peoples vote.
try 2 wars both based on lies .we had howard come out and say that some tourcher was ok to extract information from people. world growth not howard growth rates rising with the false promise to keep them low.and lets not forget the 30 to 40 broken promises that is too long to list here shall i go on.
Afgahnistan didnt come into it and wasnt at Howards discretion. It was our obligation because of ANZUS. Anyway it was Rudd saying he wanted to increase troops there. Iraq was in 2003. There was an election in 2004 which Howard won, so the people decided then. Rudd said it was an illegal war, but wont withdraw our forces completely - a lie. Interest rates were promised to be kept at 'record lows', not 'at a record low'. A 1.5% increase in 3 years is not alot at all.
...Really you have just demonstrated the exageration and hype the media used, and it worked. Even the RBA gave Labor a helping hand by uping interest rates in an election campaign, something never done before, and I can tell you they fully knew of the coming global financial market slump from the credit crunch (it had already started before!), but still raised interest rates. Nice people, they care more about getting there political party into power then the Australian people.
man i have never seen a bigger bunch of soar losers you wasted your vote on howard and your pissed .
the majority have voted him out and thank fuck or iran would have been next.
and we would have nuclear power plants that cost billions to run for 50 years then the site has to be broken down over 150 years. waste from these plant 200000 years to become second grade waste .all from a man that says for ten years [what global warming].
lol nice.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Some clever editing but I couldn't help find it comparable to a thing the chaser did with Beazley and the biggest loser.

completely smear the Howard government?
it was their own doing over 11 years.
and i am sure if rudd and the labor party
get that amount of time in office media will be ruthless on them for anything they have done. stay tuned its only just begun.
and remember the average of a goverment in australia these days is aroun 10 years.
i wonder if nelson and turnbull will wait that long.

do you believe what you just wrote they raised rates just to get labor in now i have heard it all .
thats why they are going to do it again in feb and there is allready talk of another rise after that one further down the track.
what we are seeing now is a global downturn
of that world boom howard rode off.
sgtkicker111 4 years ago
people put howard back in after iraq because
they were not going to give the job too mark lathen coz he was a dick.
but dont kid yourself 70 to 80% of australians
did not want to go to war with iraq.
and our combat forces are coming out.
the economy would be the same at the moment no matter who won the election.you lost get over it.
