  • NONONO...Oh, that's nasty!!! I can't believe people do that! How are you not dead yet of e.coli yet?

  • marinod

  • OMG....She placed the cooked steaks back in the container that the steaks were marinating in.....Don't do that at home kiddos.

  • you cant eat steak raw /:

  • I am aware of that. Simply not advisable, however.

  • sorry *can

  • Looks good

  • This makes me laugh cause I'm in Culinary school and I know that alot of this is ether wrong or way to basic for most ppl. And this isnt really teaching anybody anything.

  • I hear ya man. I cant believe she cross contaminated em.

  • Quit with the "marinod" pronunciation- jeez...

  • she needs 2 stick 2 tube steak

  • inspiration! i got the munchies

  • This bitch doesn't know shit. It takes 1-2 mins per side to sear the meat. Add another 4 mins per side for rare to med. Also, nice job contaminating your cooked steaks.

  • I tried to add up her cooking time,I thought she originally said 5 a side,it ended up much longer, too long unless you like shoe leather, yuck

  • she put the cooked steak back in the same dish she marinated it. Way to contaminate the meat!

  • nice

  • thanks for the recipe I tried and I like it.

  • can u be my mum or grandma?

  • those colors... is the camera man color blind? looked very good tho, better than what you'd find in almost every resturant in NY. the food in america tastes like shit :P

  • looks great but you should never put cooked meat back in the pan that the raw meat was in due to cross contamination.

  • i think you're thinking of chicken...i'm not sure raw beef blood is anything to worry about...if you're gonna get the ecoli or anything of the like, it can survive the cooking. but YES, salmonila will definitely getcha in a chicken laden pan

  • Oh there is a food bourne illness by eating steak that has been doused with raw beef juice. I think its botulism but I may be wrong. I just know that all raw protein is unsafe in different levels. Thats why menus that have such things as steak tar tar has to put a warning to there costomers.

  • that looks delicious~ thanks for the recipe!~
