When whites ran the farms, the land was hugely productive. When blacks took over the farms, the land turned back to savannah. The blacks had their chance and blew it. I hope whites, say, from Europe and America don't send aid (food, money, whatever) to compensate for the blacks' incompetence. Anyway, I'm sure whites wll somehow be blamed for the ruined farms, although South African blacks should eat the total blame for their own messes.

Latest news reports say Africans in Zimbabwe (recently "freed" from white rule) are now eating cow shit to survive. It seems that when they seized the farms from the whites they killed and ate all of the livestock including the breeding stock and ate up all of the grain, even the seed for planting. Now the Africans are starving, the farms have to food to sell, and the crops that have been planted for next season with the uneaten seed are only a tiny fraction of what the country needs.

Lands weren't "stolen" they were bought/ paid for with CASH$.Mugabe wouldn't offer the farmers 1/2 what the land was worth, forces farmers away and he's done nothing about the murders of the white farmers. If he would've bought the farmers out at a fair price,they could afford to move. They could've trained the "natives" how to operate the farm equipment before they left. South Africa used to produce 51% of the worlds gold. Siberia has far bigger gold reserves in a warming climate. Diamonds can be manufactured to higher standards than what you find naturally . Coal is now something to try not to use.
