@viggoe12 It says 58MM68 on the side of it and it's got 2 squares engraved in it just under that, it appears to have had a white pained band near each end and there's a shell in the end that reads "81mmM3" "WRA". The tail twists off and that's about all I know about it. I haven't really taken the time to research it at all. I just found it in my grandpa's garage after he died and thought it was cool so I kept it and it's been sitting here ever since.
