  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • WOW He looks so different now! Does he still wear glasses???

  • bello fresco!

  • Do you wear glasses now? I see you not wearing it anymore, How did you do it?

  • Thanks for your comments! He didn't wear eyeglasses for 10 months, but it wasn't reflected in these videos because most of the time we didn't record with his eyeglasses on.

  • chinese people can do aanything with heir wide screen eyes

  • What a gift.

  • Gremlins just ate my last message so now I have to start over. Time is short, so here's as follows - "Great Job!" Gremlins are Freeloaders. I hate Freeloaders. This is the Op. posth. Waltz in A minor by Chopin. I taught this to a 17 y.o. grade 8 boy. You only play it about 5 times more musically than he used to! Chopin would have loved this. One of the biggest pleasures of my life is helping people with their piano skills. If I were your 1-2-1 piano teacher I would be a happy man!

  • Thanks for your kind words!

  • so cutie :)

You did it very well ^^

  • Sound can not come from hand, but it's much better than older pianists. Great job in left hand. 5 stars

  • his grace notes are better than mine..

  • yeah mine too =/

  • A little choppy

  • Charlie played very well even though he didn't have anymore time to practice this song. Has Charlie turned 8 yet?

  • He did a few days earlier.

  • Great performance !!

It must be very hard to play with thise little hands !

  • This is so wonderful! Already he is playing with such maturity and beautiful color!

  • Charlie you are so very talented!!!

  • bravo verry good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • beautiful

  • this is too cute. this is how my child is going to play @ six

  • Well done little one! So talented ! and so cute ! =)

  • You are really good if you could memorize this in two days. Dynamics were wonderful and made it sound really dreamy^^!

  • very very very nice, It's the best waltz I've listened from a children, I dont think are mistakes but a start of chopin's interpretation, well done Charlie you will be big soon.

  • Great job!

  • Great playing Charlie!!!

Looking forward to hearing you play more great pieces!!!

  • You play very well..Keep up the great talent.

  • How nice! Very good job so far. Now work on R.H. fingering (avoid thumbs on black keys). Those trills are supposed to be played on the beat--not before for beat. He is SO MUSICAL!

    Keep posting!

  • Thanks a lot! I'll check his fingering on the other pieces that you pointed out too. Charlie did improve a lot last year in playing musically. We love it even though he still has a long way to go.

  • After you pointed out this thumb on black keys problem, I found he actually had this habit. Whenever I hear his music breaks up at some place even after some practicing it was most of the time due to wrong fingering (thumb on black key). Hard to correct. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

  • i did the same when i was younger, maybe it's just a habit with smaller hands?

  • Beautifully played, Charlie! It's amazing that you can play so well after only a few hours of practicing!

  • Thanks so much! You know it's always easier to start and it takes a long time to perfect.
