  • I now where a white one is sitting in the woods and has been since the 70's

  • I purchased this car mid way trough 2010 & shipped to my home in Australia. Nice to drive, super cool cruiser, needs some rust repairs & a dual exhaust. Must be the sound quality but it runs nice, just a bit quiet. Am considering reselling it as I have too many cars & not enough sheds - Jenni L

  • YE GODS, that engine sounds like sh*t! I owned 9 Oldsmobiles between '51

and '76 and none of them sounded like that! If you've been running unleaded

gas in that without adding tetraethyl lead your valve seats are crapped up. If I

were to come look at that to buy I'd take one listen and say NO WAY. Those old

371s and 394s are supposed to PURRRRR.

  • who associates the Batmobile with olds? Your exactly right!!!! the batmobile was a ford!

  • cool

  • This car i got for 24550 134571 miles really clean

  • @loanguy195872 1954 not 1957.

  • the music sounds like your cd cleaner disk

  • so how much are you selling the car for?

  • This music makes me want to hurt innocent gerbils!

  • BEAUTIFUL MAN !!!

  • the music is ridiculously 1980's in other wprds it sucks

  • Yeah- DEFINITELY LOSE the 80's porn music.. Throw some Little Richard in there or something!! lol.

  • the music doesn't fit the car, neither do the hubcaps

  • If you were around in 1959, those hubcaps were all the rage. VERY period appropriate.

  • original hubcaps are better in my opinion

  • Yeah, I'd go that way myself. My first car was a 59 Dynamic 88 that I thought an old dude's car at the time. It was my dad's car. I was 16....sold it to buy a 65 Chevy impala. So, guess what car I want after all these years? a 59 Olds. Wouldn't mind a Scenicoupe. What a car!

  • And yet a '65 Impala has been very much in demand ever since... classic, clean lines.

The quirky styling of the late 50s "sputnik/space age" cars has faded in and out, save the '59 Cadillac, and that was only because it was the tastefully garish extreme.

We all want our first car back, and our youth. Is there a connection here somewhere? Hmm... '62 Falcon, green, a six with three on the tree... not a great car but in '79 I was 17....

  • I thought the batmobile was built out of a lincoln...?

  • Would be a cool lowrider.

  • Get those hidious disc caps off of there then lose the accy. tach. Nice car otherwise.

  • how much are you asking...having trouble on here finding it?? do u still have it?

  • my ass itches!

  • I was looking at one of these at a car show in england just yesterday.

    Work of art.

  • why do you want to sell it? keep it dude its owsome. one day you might regret it, really think about it. this is not just a car. its a piece of art,

  • Why would you want to sell such a wonderful looking car. I wish my 1959 Oldsmobile looked like that.

  • Really great ride! I hope you get good bids on eBay.
