So, in theory, you could have James Dean, Marilyn Monroe, Michael Jackson etc etc brought ''back to life'' by clever computer bods. Brilliant, but probably very time consuming. Still love it though, wonder what Mary Austin made of it? Probably made her cry like it did all us true Freddie fans. :)

Fifth, was the actor actually wearing the costume and the singlet? Or was this a whole projection of FM?
Lastly you can tell it's not FM: his hands are too big and he walks different

This is Freddie Mercury rehearsing in front of the camera and was previously unreleased footage, its definately all him .He must have decided to take the ring off when it was time to film what was to be the official video, the only time an actor was used was for the distant shots and/or when Freddie was walking on and off the stage.

What you just was was not an 3D/holographic Freddie. It's all video editing.
They cut Freddie's figure off the promo video and insert it to their filming.
Bu there was no holographic recreation "present" that the people there could look at.
The part when he leaves were filmed by an impersonator and then edited to look like if Freddie was leaving.

Hello my friend. the footage you watch containing freddie mercury are filmed in 1990 and the man you see is an actor to portray the illusion of a person walking on stage. ie please notice that all the audience are watching the footage from a monitor up above. as it was being cut from the actual footage from a queen video. was very well made i must add but only camera trickery. also if you try 'one year of love' , it's a nice song with powerful lyric's and vocal's. take care my friend
