Irshell is a shell for psp that skip the gameboot on each app start and can run automaticly after HARD reset with a plugin. It go into all MS folders and is used like a OS. So we can start *.iso, *.jpg, etc.. We can use it as a learning remote with a psp 1000. So yes it needed a CFW psp. I bet it can run with the new hack that can use psp 2000 and psp 3000, chickHen.
