Hey guys so Ive noticed many of you have had alot of issues not being able to purchase shouts even though you had enough souls so i went on many forums and the only thing i could find was that when highlighting the shout you want to purchase just press the unlock button (X for xbox,Square for playstation, or R for pc) many people press A (for xbox), X (for playstation), or E (for pc) instead by mistake it may sound stupid but try it if thats not the issue reply back to this comment hope it works
