David, if that is an interpretation of "the fill", it sounds pretty clean. If you're trying to demonstrate the actual fil, it is incorrect. Check out the looped video entitled Steve Smith posted by blueshammer66. You see clearly that Steve is playing 16th notes for the first three beats: Sn, Tm, Flr, Kck with the sticking being RLRK. Notice he only plays the rack tom (single stroke) on the second note of each four note grouping. Nice job. Keep bangin'.
dude your cover is the best i have seen so far. i can be stickler some times for playing the song note for note. but dude you took that song and made it yours. from one drummer to another, nice job.
Definitely not Steve Smith but pretty close. Keep it up brother.
