It's not even out and you posted this a week ago. there aren't any real reviews for it yet the only reviews I could find were two UK, and they both gave it an 8 and 8.4... not bad at all, I don't know what you saw.

My favorite gaming magazine (a Finnish one called "Pelit") reviewed it at the beginning of this month and gave the Assault on Dark Athena portion a 7.8 out of 10 :(... compared to 9/10 for the polished Escape from Butcher Bay portion.

But either way I've always bought around 95% of my games only after their price has dropped to 20-40% of the initial price. Even several that got great or outstanding reviews... like this game for example.

Thanks :). The reason you're not seeing the riot bot is just like I told andrewXDXDXD: The PC version has some new levels compared to the xbox version, and in those levels you can get into a riot guard and reek havoc with it.

I have it on X-box too. Are you talking about the Heavy Riot units the one you fight early in the game that if you get too close it knocks you back.(double mini guns) or the Giant 1 mini gun Rocket launcher riot bot. Because that one is in the x-box version. trust me its my fav level. Its near the end tho. And you acually can chose to go in it or just walk insted of use it.

I REALLY hope the revamp coming for 360 is formatted like Far Cry. In Far Cry Predator for 360 they overhauled the graphics for the original xbox version THEN added on the predator story. The new Riddick coming is a revamp of the old plus a story on a ship in space, hope you can skip straight to the new story if you so choose due to already having experienced the original story at least 4 itmes now.

There's about a half a dozen special effects contact lens places on the internet that sell them. Of course, they're not exactly cheap, and you have to provide proof that you've seen an optometrist in order to wear them (even if you don't wear prescription lenses). Just google it. I'm sure you can find one.

I think the pros more than make up for cons =)! But there are times when conventional weapons are better, like against the large heavy guard you have to move fast so I just drop the minigun and pick it up again before moving on.

I tried not to put too much dialogue over the lyrics, even though they're in german and latin (just a guess) so I don't understand most of it :D!
