You know Scott, I was just thinking. It varies between states and counties but doing 21 over the limit should set you back anywhere between 100-200 bucks. I think something is telling you that with that money you saved by not having to pay the fine, you can put that money towards a better cause, such as adding another piece to your collection don't you agree?
