Besides, when the GOP pushes to get Reagan on the $1 bill, we can say "you've already had your turn." And it will have the added benefit of not raising him above any of the other presidents - which is fitting.

1) It has always been in the Constitution that American presidents must be born on American soil.

2) After FDR, an amendment was made to the Constitution limiting American presidents to two terms each, maximum.

3) It is very difficult, politically, to change the Constitution and no one here would favor removing either the native soil stipulation or the term limit.
