That cage is very bad for your rat. It is too small and there is no air ventilating, which means she will probably get lung infections. She needs things to clime and move about some more. There is hardly room for her to sleep, she will be lying in her own fesses.

Other than a name, your rat needs.... 1) A roommate. 2) A proper wire rat cage with plenty of ventilation and not an aquarium that harbors germs from urine and excrement that causes respiratory infections. That setup you have is equivalent to you living in the bathroom all your life without ever being able to open a window. That rat is clearly distressed with no life in him. How not to do animal welfare. That's the true lesson you teach us all, yet learn not yourself.
