Just thinking of letting you know a few things:
Some people may not have the word "Publish" on their Movie Maker. It may either say "Save to my computer" or "Save movie file"
Some people may not have the option of 6.9M. However, I did find DV-AVI on 30M, but that could be a bit too much.

I realised a lot of this after i had uploaded this. but publish is the general tem for turning it all to a vid. On the menu it says publish to:
Computer
CD
etc
