This is a beautiful composition, both musically and lyrically. People get too distracted by superficial crap like vocals and production quality (in his early recordings). The Beatles used similar chord progressions, except their stuff was produced by professionals. Listen to Beatles demos. Unpolished but extremely melodic pop music--just like Daniel's recordings

@kikodftm1008 yeah, i saw him twice at a small club in philly at the time of release of rejected unknown, 99? 00?, he was fine, then i saw this tour, it was after the movie, he sells out the TROC in philly cuz of the film, but cuz of the copious amounts of lithium, he could only play three songs on guitar, and it sucked that it was all his "hits" and a back up band, when i was seeing him before lots of great originals on LIVE IN BERLIN, i luv to spread Daniel, KIT if ya want stuff
