The design has been changed so many times it has become much more unique. Also they are now changing the GUI to look more like Meizu product. So you could say it WAS something like ripoff or clone at the start. I think there is no sense saying its a ripoff because its not even released yet. And for preliminary specs, it has just those few little things that I want and iPhone doesn't have. And I doubt it never will.
