Two feet is way harder cause you have to put the same amount of pressure for each foot instead of one amount of pressure from one foot your timing has to be good to do 2 feet but with two feet you jump higher but it is harder.

Trust me, 1 foot is harder, as in it's easier to get a higher vert with 2 feet, because more power is converted with the total power of both legs than just one, but 1 foot for anyone is easier when it comes to long distance like freethrow line, that's why 2 foot is better, it's meant for ups, 1 foot is meant for distance.
