This is simply not a shabu shabu anymore...the ingredients are different (noodles should not be Udon, but rather Ito Konnyaku or Kudzu-Kiri ; vegetables: not at all the brocoli, ...not at all chili ! Rather chinese cabbage, green onion, welsh onion, negi, kombu kelp...). Other videos ("cooking with a dog" exist on YouTube, watch them instead...
