When England began their health care in 1948, they thought they were going to be the envy of the world. They didn't expect to have what they have now.

I want health care reform. But can we please fix what's broken without putting the entire USA on government run health care?

You weren't sent a bill because you took out Travelers Insurance which is [highly suggested] by the American Embassy when you travel. However, the average American that doesn't travel outside of the country doesn't know that. What the health insurance didn't cover that you purchased, the people of Spain did cover.
