  • the quality of sound makes this beautiful oncert grand piano sound like a an electric keyboard ! Where are the sound engineers? do us all a favor and add some reverb !!

    otherwise, it's a great video.

  • Ernesto himself would have stood and shouted, "Bravo!"

  • What a truly great artist..such technique, phrasing,musicality.amazing...why is he not at Carnegie Hall ..or with NY Phil?

  • The playing is really great. I've added it to my favorites. Only one question- he's playing it in Db instead of D. Don't understand why. (Although, Db is my favorite key :-)) I also like that he uses very little pedal and when he does use it, it's to very good effect.

I recommend hearing him play Ante El Escorial- beautiful!

  • I love his dancing hands in the closeup. Very nice work. Must be fun to play like him.

  • looks like 4 people have just no clue.

  • Wow

    What an artist! Great!

  • I have a feeling that the quality of the recording does not do this justice...

  • Bravo! Back to the practice room for me.

  • Oh my god! He's so good!

  • Si señooor, perdonenme pero interpretaciones como estas son las que honran a los compositores,mi mas sincera enhorabuena

  • @TheMariogarra En completo acuerdo con usted

  • fantastic!

  • I think this is a terrific version.

  • much di lecuona

  • I appreciated this but thought the melody could sing a bit more by being less staccato at times. It's not staccato in my edition but.....Still very confidently done.

  • octaves, octaves, octaves; this man has excellent wrist control and technique. the music is, of course, fantastic.

  • well lecuona music ive usually seen often calls for a lot of octaves, the first time i seriously had a hard time controlling that was his piece Malaguena which is quite amazing... my guess is that it helps bring the melody out over the rhythm, less need for volume control for the price of more technical difficulty... just a guess tho...

  • MORE LIKE A WRIST OFF

  • It is my favorite pianist. I have his CD.

  • although i admit i have never seen the sheet for this song and so dont know if it says staccato, i would think for a breeze more of the notes would be slurred?

  • if you want to see it, let me know...

  • excelente intrepretaciòn, muy buena

    Antonio, Rancagua, Chile

  • Great!!!

  • Maravilloso, es una gran interpretación, muy musical, felicitaciones.
