Why does it take so long for people to do their customs? It takes me like an hour to paint the entire gundam and let the paint dry. It looks great though Prime, Deathscythe Char Custom.

@rey2103 I highly doubt that, that's why it take so long since I did a custom on my Deathscythe EW to make it look more original to the anime version, and the color is perfect along, no smush or anything. Might be the difference in paint since I don't like the glossy look for my kits, too toyish.

At the risk of sounding ignorant, what exactly happens to the paint when you spray paint in adverse weather?

I'm sure the weather prevents one fro leaving it outside to dry but...does it affect the paintjob itself?

It sucks when the weather gets bad. I'm in a similar situation with my G-Saviour. Basecoat is done, but I need to clear gloss it for decals and then flat.

tbh dragon monoko makes greak KO's. albiet there is the rumor about it being a bandai subsidary created to get rid of other KO's and their kits are just bandais kits that have not passed the quality check O_O

color scheme reminds me of the Kyoko Sakura gundamized version of the Deathschyte EW I saw on Danbooru just recently... :D Though that had colors more associated with a lighter tone of red and some pink and white highlights...

Would it be possible next year to do a how to spay-paint a model? I tried once and put way to much paint on and messed up the model. It was one of the ball with arms gundam models. I would really like to see this process from start to finish if you would be willing to show us.

@Matrix8369 From my limited experience (which includes a mishap like your own): spray painting isn't something you just can be shown how to do (though it would be nice if it were). It's a matter of practice; you have to develop your own technique and get a feel for it yourself.

@Matrix8369 stryderprime has some videos that he shows how he paints with a spray gun but i'm just trying to help.... I just painted the 00 raiser myself and that took me a while to get the right amount as well
